We decided to venture down to the Latin American country of Mexico and experience for ourselves one of the classic desserts of the Hispanic country. We had such a blast baking the Mexican Wedding Cookies, and if you’re ever looking for an easy and delicious dessert to make, this is definitely one to consider. You can even add your own special touch, as we did, by adding extra ingredients, such as chocolate chips and coconut.
